1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, requesting an estimate, or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
2. Estimates and quotes
Prices shown or discussed before a site visit are preliminary. A binding price is provided only in a written estimate or construction contract signed by an authorized representative of Trinity Home Construction Inc. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and may be revised if concealed conditions, code requirements, or material costs change.
Requesting an appointment through this site does not reserve a construction slot. Appointment windows are confirmed by phone.
3. Scope, change orders, and schedule
Work is limited to the scope described in the signed contract. Any addition or modification is documented in a written change order, priced, and approved before the work is performed. Schedules are good-faith projections and may be affected by permitting, inspections, weather, material lead times, and owner-directed changes.
4. Licensing and insurance
Trinity Home Construction Inc is a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor in Washington State. Certificates of insurance and license information are provided on request.
5. Payments
Payments follow the milestone draw schedule in your contract. Late payments may pause work and accrue interest at the rate stated in the contract. Deposits, where applicable, are applied to materials and mobilization.
6. Warranty and limitation of liability
Workmanship is warrantied as stated in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on installed products are assigned to you at closeout. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the contract sum, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Website content and intellectual property
Project photography, text, and marks on this site are our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent. Content is provided for general information and is not construction, engineering, or legal advice.
8. Communications
By providing your phone number or email you consent to be contacted about your request, including by call, text, and email. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time; transactional messages about an active project may continue.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here. Questions: Trinity Home Construction Inc, 10123 66th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98178, (206) 909-5666.
