FAQ

Questions we hearbefore every build

If your question isn't here, call (206) 909-5666 and ask us directly.

Is Trinity Home Construction licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington?
Yes. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured Washington State general contractor and real estate developer operating out of 10123 66th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98178. We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage and can provide certificates before work begins.
What areas do you serve?
Seattle and greater King County — Rainier Beach, Skyway, Columbia City, Beacon Hill, Renton, Tukwila, Burien, West Seattle, and surrounding neighborhoods.
How much does an estimate cost?
On-site estimates are free. You choose a preferred date and time on our quote page, we confirm the window by phone, walk the property, and return a written scope and price — typically within three business days for remodels and additions.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
We do. Plans, structural engineering, City of Seattle or King County submittals, revisions, and inspection scheduling are coordinated by our team as part of the contract.
How long does a kitchen or bathroom remodel take?
Most bathroom remodels run three to five weeks on site; kitchens typically run six to ten weeks depending on cabinetry lead times, structural changes, and permit scope. You get a schedule with milestone dates before demolition starts.
Can you build a DADU, ADU, or accessory building on my lot?
Often yes. We start with a zoning and feasibility review — lot coverage, setbacks, tree code, utility capacity, and access — then tell you what the parcel can legally carry before you spend money on design.
How do payments and change orders work?
Projects are billed on a milestone draw schedule tied to completed work. Any change in scope is priced and approved in writing before it is built, so the contract sum never moves without your signature.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Workmanship is warrantied, manufacturer warranties on installed products are registered and handed over at closeout, and we keep a standing line open for repairs and maintenance afterward.
Can you take over a stalled or unfinished project?
We do. We audit the existing permits, inspections, and completed work, document what needs correction, and re-price the remaining scope before taking responsibility for the build.
How fast can you start?
Small repairs, fan installation, TV mounting, and flooring work can often be scheduled within a week or two. Permitted remodels, additions, and ground-up builds are scheduled around design and permit review timelines.
